Your questions.
Does Estetly replace my specialist?
No. Sothis structures and organises the information available on your concerns; it does not assess your health. Sothis doesn't diagnose or prescribe. The medical decision stays with your doctor.
How does Estetly find the right specialist for me?
Through multi-criteria matching: skills, experience with cases comparable to yours, available equipment, and whatever is relevant to your situation (your skin type, your profile, and the rest).
No five-star rating. No paid ranking. No specialist pays to rise in the matching.
The matching refines over time, from what specialists declare and from accumulated experience, without ever exposing individual public reviews.
What is affiliation?
Estetly selects its products according to published editorial criteria. When a link to a product earns a commission, this is stated (DGCCRF disclosure).
Editorial integrity comes before affiliation: a good product with no affiliation is presented in exactly the same way. Estetly sells no product of its own.
→ Detail: affiliation charter.
What does Estetly cost?
During the closed Founders period, access is offered to the first 2,400 registrations. Future terms will be communicated before any change.
Are my data protected?
Your data are hosted in France, with a provider certified HDS (the ANS framework). Full GDPR compliance: PDF/JSON export, one-click exit, complete erasure.
→ Detail: privacy policy.
Is Estetly available if I am not in France?
Estetly launches in France. French-speaking markets (Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec) will follow.
Can I ask a specialist a question on Estetly?
Yes, through Doctor Questions: a public space where you ask a question and a partner specialist answers, with both the question and the answer remaining visible to everyone. The rollout to all specialists widens progressively.
